At Via Grace Gifts, we strive to ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


Order Processing & Shipping Time:

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.
  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text with tracking information.


Shipping Carriers:

  • We ship via USPS and UPS. At checkout, you may select the available shipping option that best suits your needs.


Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • We do not offer free shipping unless stated in a specific promotion.


Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages:

  • Via Grace Gifts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim.
  • For high-value orders, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for extra protection.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable due to incorrect address submissions.


Local Pickup:

  • If you are local and would like to pick up your order, select Local Pickup at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready.

Via Grace Gifts - Return & Exchange Policy

At Via Grace Gifts, we take pride in offering unique, high-quality merchandise. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we do allow limited in-store exchanges under the following conditions:


In-Store Exchanges:

  • Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Exchanges are only available for non-seasonal items.
  • All sale items discounted 50% or more are final sale and cannot be exchanged.


Non-Exchangeable Items:


The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Food or gourmet products
  • Bath & body items (lotions, soaps, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Seasonal or holiday-specific merchandise (after the holiday)


Shipping & Order Responsibility:

  • Once a package has been scanned by USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages during transit. If an issue occurs, you must contact the courier directly to file a claim.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for orders affected by incorrect addresses or payment details.
  • For high-value shipments, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as Via Grace Gifts is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our store.

Shipping

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship everywhere in North America and Europe. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations. We also offer shipping to Africa, Asia and the Middle East. 

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100. 

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Returns

  • What items are eligible for return?

    Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.

  • How much is the return shipping fee?

    Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us.

  • I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

    Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.
